I found spacious facilities here. The staff was friendly. I enjoyed the ample space by the pools and the beach. It was very relaxing. The hotel reception area is large, clean and smells very nice.
The policy requires in-person reservations between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. This posed a significant inconvenience, because I enjoy water activities. I also had to wait over an hour to receive some missing essential amenities.

Multiple swimming pools are available. there are kids' club facilities and playgrounds. The hotel reception area is spacious and clean. It provides a welcome place to spend time. I loved it.

The staff was helpful. Ahmed Mostafa and Yusuf at reception offered excellent guidance. Victoria, the guest relations representative, provided excellent customer service. She handled anything needed on short notice, sorting everything out quickly.

The room was quite a size. The room included a comfortable, stylish space. My room provided an excellent sea view. Some essential amenities were missing in my room such as slippers, towels, and a dental kit.

the staff was very kind, always smiling. the hotel it is maintained clean every time, even 24/7. i found diversity of the food, i liked this. i experienced that everyone can find something they crave at any given time.

the location offers beautiful scenery. i could observe the sea and tiran island from the hotel area. the beach and pool facilities was very clean. they were easily accessible and well maintained throughout my stay.

The staff were amazingly friendly. They were always polite and helpful. the facilities and toilets were clean!
the area was too big and there were no elevators or platforms for strollers. we had to carry the strolers up and down the stairs with the kids! the food was always the same and the only drinkable alcoholic drink was beer.

The food quality was low at all restaurants. I couldn't book reservations. I was told I could only use the main restaurant. After deciding to leave. I was told I could use any restaurant! We had food poisoning. I won't repeat the stay, the services are not good, the rooms were nicely decorated though. The air conditioner was very loud. It barely cooled the room. Cleanliness was horrible too. Room service was minimal and towels weren't clean. The dirty ground bothered me.

I enjoyed the immaculate Premium Double Room Sea Viewwith a massive balcony with a table and chairs. The resort has numerous pools. It also has beach access. The staff were super friendly.
The gym and spa showed signs of wear, needing refurbishment.

i found the resort beautifully kept and the room was super clean. all the staff members were courteous. reception staff checked on me every few days to ensure i was happy with everything. the room attendant was excellent at keeping the room stocked. the food was amazing!!!
i really craved something spicy . luckily, the chef at the omelet stand added chilies to my omelet.
